Louisiana would bring the mouth of the river, oil, and tons of water.
Arkansas would bring conservative voters.
Mississippi would bring conservative voters.
Alabama would bring the Huntsville education.
Oklahoma would have the oil to add to Texas and Louisiana’s supply.
