Some people take message boards way too personal. I certainly did not think this topic would reach this many pages. I don’t think I’ve ever personally attacked someone, other than giving an in-kind response to a personal attack.

Why do we think this topic has elicited such an… enthusiastic public response? Is it just the Trump factor? Or people learning that medical literature is accessible to the public? Or is it because of autism? I’m curious what others think.
