OK his trial started this week and got off to a bad start for him.

He could get 3 yrs in jail. Not likely but he could.
Posted on 12/1/21 at 7:21 am to Wtodd
A good way to get 3 years is to plead not guilty and go to trial.

Agree....odds are he'll get a fine and some community service....maybe he could show the "community" how NOT to fake a hate crime.

I’m all for Smollett getting the book thrown at him, but since all the charges are of the disorderly conduct nature, it seems a waste of funds to have a trail. He should simply admit guilt and pay a fine to recoup the cost of the investigation.

Screw that. He should be on the hook for the same sentence that anyone that actually committed the crime he faked would've been.

But that’s not what he’s being charge for, thus, my previous post.

He actually wrote a fricking personal check for the bleach and rope.
He did everything but write “hate crime” on the memo line.

I watched his interview that he did with stupid fricking ABC News.
“I heard this guy so go home. I turned around and said what the frick did you just say to me? He said this is MAGA country. And then he punched me. So I punched his arse back. Then a guy kicked me from behind. I looked down and saw a rope around my neck. It was 2 against 1. It wasn’t a fair fight.”
Disgusting.
And that dumb bitch just sat there nodding her head up and down.

Considering the volatile political environment that Juicy was trying to exploit simply to stir up more potential violence and civil unrest…..he needs to be incarcerated so other devious leftists get the message.

No he didn't. The check Memo was for "Nutrition and Training".

I still believe this was concocted by Barry "Beelzebub" Obama and Democrats. It has the "smell" of a "community organizer" staged event to draw negative attention to their political opponents. I know it's hard to believe but this is what Marxists do.

Yeah... it was his best performance ever with the slight drop when he forgot his line.
Surprised he wasn't nominated for an Emmy.

I 100% agree, but he’s not. And again, that’s why this trial is a waste of funds.

This piece of trash is actually good friends with Kamala Harris.

Well, it did just happen to conveniently happen during a time when Harris & Spartacus was trying to get support for making lynching a federal hate crime.
Also, the purpose behind the bill wasn't because lynching is a big issue now; it's because they wanted it to acknowledge the wrongs in the country's history.
