I don't remember the specifics right now, but it only has something like 9 million users and no profits.
For reference Meta typically floats between 7 - 10X in EV / revenue. Early stage TMT companies can get quite a bit higher than that if they are in the right segment (AI right now, as an example), but social media is relatively mature. So let's call it 10 - 20X. Truth Social revenue last year was $4.1M.
One other reference point commonly used is DAU. I've seen numbers anywhere from 500K to 2M for Truth Social. You'll see valuations anywhere from $0 - 400 / DAU depending on the firm (for example Twitter was around $160 / DAU when Musk bought it but likely would be valued around $50 / DAU now according to some public filings by co-investors), but that assumes growth and a well-run operation.
Honesty Musk buying Twitter probably hurt Truth Social more than anything else. It kept a lot of people on Twitter that would have otherwise migrated due to policies, and that is a killer in a business that is really challenging for newcomers and relies heavily on demand-side network effects.

Did you really think a septuagenarian along with two reality show contestants was ever going to be able to start a social media platform? It was always going to go this way, everything about it is scammy. From the people running it, to going public via SPAC to all the crazy lawsuits being filed between the insiders and two clowns going to jail for insider trading it.
The only people that thought this had actual value are the maga weirdos that have the real TDS.
