Letitia deserves jail time for her violation of Trump's civil and constitutional rights under the false color of law. Mortgage fraud will do in the interim.

Right. I was making a joke about how many pieces of paper you sign that the likelihood you committed light fraud (Arrested Development reference) is possible.
But what you mentioned does raise a question for me: If you get a mortgage on a home that was your primary residence for a period of time but you take some job that you know is medium-term and eventually will return home. Is it now fraud because your primary residence is a rental or another mortgage near that new job location?
I don't know what James's situation is but it seems to me if that scenario I described is fraud then many politicians are guilty of that fraud. Hell, my own senator is probably guilty of that one.
