There was absolutely no vetting of the ones that they flew out. All they were interested in was numbers to boost the perception that they evacuated a large number.
They evacuated the wrong people, but they did not give a damn. And not one person/official has been held accountable for this fiasco. The Biden administration is the enemy of the American people.
