This is why constitutions... and the law in general... doesn't really matter. You can always find a judge that will shamelessly wipe his arse with your constitution. And until we're willing to tar and feather such people again, this will continue to be the case.

Kentucky and Louisiana are a lot alike. The Republicans run the General Assembly, but we lack the top leadership. There’s a lot of hope Daniel Cameron runs against Beshear.
