I work in a middle school.
This happens. We have a certain group of kids, you know the real colorful ones with all those letters describing them, that document EVERYTHING!!
Some of it is legit bullying, some of it is provoked by the ones documenting everything, some of it is just "chip on their shoulder, offended by everything" bullshite.
But yes, these kids have learned the victim mentality and have been conditioned to provide evidence of their claims.

IMHO, the powers that be would like to create and install what is best described as "political commissars" all throughout our culture, society, working and private lives.
The Left would like to have such political commissars employed by every business in the USA, so that all owners, managers and employees can be monitored for political reliability.
Schools, of course, would have political commissars employed by the school itself, and such commissars would have paid informants in the ranks of the students.

My daughter didn't take a rainbow cookie that a girl brought in on one of the LGBT days. Another mom called my wife and told her that it was being discussed amongst the woke parents who didn't take a cookie.
