What? Who said I was upset? I'm simply observing. How are you able to determine emotion through plain text without the person point blank saying it anyhow?
It's disrespectful to boo. The tweets make it seem like the cast might have been egging it on during the performance. It's certainly not a big deal, just a weird setting. As I stated earlier, inviting him back stage for a face to face chat might have been a little more personal and effective, but they couldn't resist the theatrical bravado.

I don't want to come across as a dick but I've read nothing negative about the performance, just that some audience members booed.

As I said, the tweets from individuals at the performance made it seem that it might be the case. As you saw in the video, he was leaving quickly and they only caught him as he was walking out.

Okay, thats fine, it was definitely enough for it to be heard clearly and prevalent, which still seems classless. That's okay, there's a lot of classless folks roaming around recently.

I understand, but if your goal is to seriously send a message, Pence seems like more of an old-fashioned face-to-face type, instead of "lets post this all over social media and he'll get the message type". I also find it a bit odd they found it necessary to do in front of everyone, including the ones who booed.
This is just my opinion on the matter. It's certainly on the lower end of the hate/rage spectrum from the left thus far.

While I'm sure this is just hyperbole, obama was blamed for some seriously ridiculous stuff. You're looking at this subjectively I guess, but the phrase "thanks obama" was actually created to make fun of the massive amounts of bullshite the right was blaming on him.
My personal favorite was on this board - a thread was made saying obama had pushed the most executive orders of any president. This was followed by 2 pages of people hating him and calling him names like communist. Then someone posted a factual link showing that he actually (at the time) had some of the least executive orders of any presidency. Then someone wrote, "yeah I don't doubt that he hasn't done anything in office besides golfing." Then, and I shite you not, THAT comment was upvoted a million times. It was the most arse backwards grasping for hate straws I've ever seen. And it vindicated my assumption that he's just gonna be hated regardless.
