Correct. I remember reading an article on how "Milei-like" candidates were leading the polls in three South American countries. That was well over a year ago. Seema Shah was the author I beiieve.

Don’t discount paper ballot usage.
Costa Rica, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia are all paper ballots.

No, its the people of each country that voted along with their candidate. Elon exposing USAID destroyed the funding for the communists. I'm glad Trump is our president but he's not involved in other countries elections.
