This is the guy that knows exactly what to do to bring the Ukrainian military up to same level as the drone forces. The 'drones first, soldiers second' coordination will become standard tactical doctrine. This will conserve manpower, increase mobility and at the same time inflict maximum damage on the Russians.

Here's Drapatyi with his temporary boss. If Khmara is smart, he'll just Drapatyi to tell him where to sign off on all the coming changes. This is the last place you want any ego to pop up. If Khmara gets stupid, that 'Acting CiC' can change overnight to 'Wants-to-Spend-More-Time-with-His-Family in Chief'.
