Or was it one of your business partners for your fake technology?

Putin on Europe’s decline:
Now do Russia's decline....
There is no country on earth that was so important from 1950 to 1990 and has fallen to functional irrelevance.
If it weren't for this war that Putin started, people would forget that Russia was even out there. In the West, a bright young person's ambition is to start a business, develop technology, conduct research, raise a family, etc.
In Russia the only thing an ambitious young man can think about is getting out of Russia.
Meanwhile, Russia can no longer export its main product to its main customer. Five years ago Russia was supplying 30% of the oil and gas to the EU. Last year it was 3%. This year it will be 2%. In two more years it will be zero.
In related news, Russia is now importing (checks notes) Salmon and Gasoline!!!
It's like my favorite Russian joke. Which is really clever. Because the punch line is the entire joke:
"And then, somehow, things got worse!"

Ukraine’s air defenses down 303 drones, 17 missiles overnight
03.10.2025 11:22
Ukraine’s Air Forces shot down 320 aerial targets out of 416 launched by Russia in an overnight attack on Ukraine, including 303 drones of various types, 12 Iskander-K cruise missiles, and five guided aviation missiles Kh-59/69.
That is according to the Air Force Command’s Facebook post, as reported by Ukrinform.
Throughout the night of October 3 (from 20:00 on October 2), the enemy carried out a combined strike on Ukraine using strike drones, air- and ground-launched missiles, with a total of 416 aerial attack means.
Specifically, Russia launched:
381 strike drones of Shahed and Gerbera types and other UAVs launched from Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Orel, Shatalovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk;
seven Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles;
21 Iskander-K cruise missiles;
seven guided aviation missiles Kh-59/69.
“The main targets of the strike were critical infrastructure facilities in the energy sector in Kharkiv and Poltava regions,” the Air Forces noted.
The overnight attacks also affected Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Kyiv regions.
The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile tpoops, electronic warfare units, drone units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
As of 10:00, air defense had destroyed or suppressed 320 aerial targets:
303 enemy drones (Shahed, Gerbera, and other types);
12 Iskander-K cruise missiles;
five guided aviation missiles Kh-59/69.
Impacts were recorded for 18 missiles and 78 strike drones across 15 locations, with debris from downed targets falling in six locations.

Russia's oil, gas September revenues down 25% from last year amid high budget deficit
October 3, 2025 3:05 pm
Russia's federal budget received 582.5 billion rubles ($7.1 billion) in oil and gas taxes in September, 25% less than the same month last year, the Finance Ministry reported on Oct. 3.
The decline comes as Russia struggles with a growing budget deficit, which reached 4.19 trillion rubles ($49.4 billion) by the end of August, already surpassing the government's annual target.
The deficit has forced Moscow to reduce planned military spending for 2026.
Since January, total oil and gas revenues have dropped by 1.7 trillion rubles ($20.7 billion) to 6.6 trillion rubles ($80.4 billion). The decline has steadily sped up, reaching 21% in the first nine months of 2025.
Revenues from the mineral extraction tax on oil fell 32% in September compared to last year, while gas tax revenues plunged 52%. Export duty revenues also fell 27%.
Lower global oil prices, sanctions, and a stronger ruble have further reduced Moscow's export earnings.
Russia's Finance Ministry proposed raising the value-added tax (VAT) from 20% to 22% on Sept. 24, as part of a draft budget aimed at offsetting the mounting costs of the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Russia had planned to spend 13.5 trillion rubles ($164.5 billion) on defense in 2025, about 32% of all expenditures. In 2026, that figure will fall by 0.6 trillion rubles ($7.3 billion), a cut of about 4.4%.
Sberbank CEO German Gref, head of Russia's largest bank, said on Sept. 5 that Russia's GDP growth had slowed to near zero in July and August after a sharp drop in the April–June quarter.
"The second quarter can practically be considered technical stagnation," he said.
Economists note that Russia's economic troubles reflect deeper structural issues.
"All these discussions about stagnation and inflation are actually about finding ways to cover the budget deficit," economist Oleh Pendzin told the Kyiv Independent in September.
"But Russia is cut off from international financial markets, so the only source to cover the deficit is the domestic economy."

I doubt they actually get tomahawks but wouldn't that be something if they did. Can't wait to see people say that it's actually the US firing the tomahawks cause there is no way Ukraine troops could know how

So Russia launches drone attacks against Ukrainian energy infrastructure? That's not really news. I expected more from a Russian propaganda page with Spetsnaz in their name.

Seems kind of like a waste to hit gas infrastructure if you're Russia.
Running out of money won't be a problem for Ukraine. They will get all the financing they want as long as the world economy doesn't completely crap the bed, and it doesn't look like that is a real risk currently.
So you're not really damaging them financially in the short term. Your goal is seemingly to capture areas where at least some of the facilities were hit. So even if you are successful you've just bombed what will eventually be your own infrastructure and haven't gained anything militarily from it.
But Russia uses missiles to hit things that aren't militarily advantageous all the time, so thats not exactly surprising.
