A really good read on what happened / is happening to the arms shipments to Ukraine -
Who's in charge of the DoD? Clearly not Trump.

quote:
Elbridge Colby — yes, that Colby guy — the Under Secretary of Defense, quietly diverted multiple weapons shipments en route to Ukraine. It was a tactical move designed to block the national security wing of the GOP from nudging Trump closer to a balanced position between Russia and Ukraine. The pro-Putin lobby always has a trick up its sleeve around the time of Trump-Putin calls. This one was their biggest play yet.
But in doing so, Colby finally gave a face to the hidden pro-Putin network in Washington. At least Jake Sullivan — who’s arguably done more than anyone to help Putin — knows how to play the insider game. Colby doesn’t. He didn’t work the administration. He didn’t get approval. He just exploited the vacuum — the absence of a functioning National Security Advisor — and acted.
Look how dumb this guy is.
Normally, it should’ve been Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of Defense, who took the heat. But the brickbats are flying toward Colby — because he’s the one who exploited the system’s gaps and got himself painted into a corner.
Representative Michael McCaul of Texas made it clear:
“I think it’s all made by the DoD policy director, this Colby guy. We essentially don’t have a national security adviser. I’m not even sure [Secretary of State Marco] Rubio was consulted on this one … There’s internal division in the White House.”
quote:
Donald Trump will now have no choice but to play both sides on the weapons issue. That’s the mess Colby created. But I’m fairly confident the shipments will resume. The administration is already showing signs of a backpedal.
quote:
The Institute for the Study of War reported this earlier today:
U.S. Department of State Spokesperson Tammy Bruce stated on July 3 that Trump has indicated his "remaining commitment" to providing Patriot interceptors to Ukraine. She added that the United States "hasn't paused" weapons shipments, claiming the recent suspension was "one aspect, one situation, one event that has been changed."
Chief Pentagon Spokesperson Sean Parnell said on July 2 that the Department of Defense “paused” shipments to conduct a “capability review” — to ensure U.S. aid aligns with defense priorities while preserving military readiness.
Parnell also said the recommendations were consistent with President Donald Trump’s stated goal of ending the war in Ukraine.
So the twist they’re pushing now is: Yes, we paused — but just to take stock. Not to stop the weapons.
Who's in charge of the DoD? Clearly not Trump.

You hate to see it. But more than that, you love to see it.

Without NATO full supply of Ukros, Russia would squash Ukrainians like a bug. It would be a total extermination of Ukraine's non-existent military.

More on the drone attacks on Cheboksary.
Judging by how actively the Ukrainian Defense Forces have been striking the production facilities of plants involved in manufacturing Shahed (“Geran”) UAVs, missiles, and other strike capabilities in recent days, it can be assumed that the nighttime attack on Cheboksary is no exception.
Reportedly, a new workshop of the VNIIRE plant was hit. The plant specializes in:
navigation and transport equipment, including GNSS receivers, antennas, and the “Kometa” module for GLONASS/GPS/Galileo, used in UAVs and missiles (“Iskander-M”, “Kalibr”);
production of automatic circuit breakers, contact and non-contact devices, and relays, including those for submarines (Yasen-M project);
development of hardware-software complexes (HSC) for shipbuilding, energy, and industry, including SDR, SCADA systems, and electric drives;
manufacturing of electronic modules, applied computer and peripheral equipment, and IC elements.
The building is new, constructed recently. It appears there were several strikes, and the plant has suspended operations.

Larry Fink is a greedy goblin, but he ain't dumb. He knows this is a dead no-mans' land now and their plans to buy up Ukriane pennies on a dollar vanished like a fart in the wind. There won't be stability or economic base to do anything there in the next 25-40 years.

Video from Odessa where Ukro soldier was car bombed. Could be FSB or internal Ukrianian brouhaha. It's real easy to rig an explosive with toy remote controller switch.

Ukraine's historic slogan has been YOLO.
Those people live one day news cycle at a time. Zelenskyyy probably isn't sure if he'll be alive 3 months from now, so he and his minions don't trouble themselves with long-term consequences.

Zelensky also conspired with fatboy Vindman to blackmail Trump for weapons in 2019 which led to the 1st faux impeachment. I think this is the real reason Trump sees Ukraine as a compromised proxy he has no utility for.Supporting them doesn't accomplish any US strategic goals.
Biden's family and many neocons and Dems had a money laundering piggy bank there. Best way to get rid of it for good is to let Zelensky regime implode and let the dirt surface afterward.

Hey Cope
Where are the weapons deliveries from our great European NATO allies?
You Ex OT Ukraine bros sing their praises all of the time. You talk about the strength of Nato yet fear Russia is going to conquer Europe.
That's right you can't shoot socialist welfare out of a cannon. Socialist welfare doesn't shoot down Russian drones or ballistic missles.does it?
Maybe Z can call up Spain and they will save him?

Not what Trump said so just another Russian LIE added to its long list of lies

Per DoD it was a pause to assess inventory about resuming.

Except it is a fact that Vindman's fat arse was the leaker and it's all but confirmed that Zelensky and his minions befitted from this leak.
Your firehosing shilling isn't' going to change anything.

That is what I said from the start.
We fired off way more interceptors than we imagined fighting at least 5 different wars.
Our manufacturing was strained.
I posted an article how everything held back was smart munitions.
There is nothing nefarious about it.
Did you think Biden oversaw that level of detail?
That's a terrible read of delusional people who jump at every opportunity to attack Trump.
No more realistic than pizzagate.
