Higgins is a fool. It's not pompous to point out that he is a fool and it's not presumptuous to consider that the overall intelligence of those that elected him is wanting.

Seems strange that you would ask about this. Clay initiated an action in St Landry Parish almost 20 years ago to make the Texas CS judgment enforceable in La (since all interested parties lived here then), but was blocked when his ex-wife fought to move it to EBR then allowed the action to remain inactive for years until it become abandoned by operation of law ...only to re-file years later during his campaign. And his ex wife has done nothing about it since that campaign years ago, yet you are still wondering about it?
This is such a red herring - people who raise it are either political operatives or dreadfully unformed...or probably both.
