1.) Link to where Louisiana voters can find their polling site and cast their votes.
Louisiana Voter Portal
2.) Secretary of State web page on Election Day voting.
Election Day Voting
3.) In this election, Louisiana will have 14 constitutional amendments for voters to decide on. Here's a very good PDF that expertly explains all of them and tells you what a vote for a specific amendment is as well as a summary from the Secretary of State's website.
Independent and Non-Partisan Review of the Amendments
Summary from the Secretary of State's Website
4.) Link to a good, Non-Partisan almanac of the political candidates running for office in the 2014 Elections in Louisiana
Ballotpedia on 2014 Louisiana Elections and Political Candidates
If you have any factual and Non-Partisan helpful links that could improve the experience of Louisiana voters statewide on Election day, please post them and I will update the OP with them.

Ive always made up my mind this close to Election Day on the candidates. The amendments are something I start looking at the last week. There's 14 of them this time around. Thanks to your link I've made my list of how I'm going to vote on each one. I encourage everyone to look at them and write how you would vote on an index card to bring into the voting booth.

Artificial Reefs
confused by this one. First of all why would a oil and gas company bother to take the time to do this conversion on a rig that wasn't performing.
Secondly, what exactly is involved in the "conversion", sounds like it's just sinking it. If it's just sinking it why does the state need to keep a fund for this activity?
Leaning hard against here, sounds fishy.

A local rep. whom I trust and share similar conservative values recommends yes on all except 10, 11, 12 and 14.

This is to keep government from raiding the fund and has nothing to do with the process. Energy companies can "reef" production platforms that are no longer producing and make a donation to the fund versus spending millions to remove the platforms and destroying the micro-ecosystem the platform currently supports under water.
