The honest truth is this: They were in the process of impeaching Trump, took the time to declare him xenophobic and a racist, Pelosi tells her constituents to go to the Chinese festival, and you can perform all the mental gymnastics you want. Biden has a precedent of ignoring warning signs of an epidemic. This was far more contagious than Swine flu, which he and Obama did zilch for.
