If you actually believe all of this why did you escape the New Orleans public schools and run and hide in a private school? Aren't the kids in New Orleans public schools "worthy individuals"?

I truly love the hypocrisy of the left. Nothing like virtue preaching while making sure you don't actually get your hands soiled.

That’s not real data analysis. It’s two data points and a straight line.

It’s interesting that the discipline referrals parallel the criminal offending by race.

This. They get a chance to make a good impression and be a role model for students who are taught by their parents how bad and evil all police are.
Yep, Dudley was primarily at the high school he was assigned to, but the went down even to the kindergartners in the feeder schools so he now has interacted with the kids of kids he met while doing the job. The only other job on the force he liked was SWAT for 8 years.

Hmm, maybe it was because it’s where some of my friends were going and I was like 14 at the time?? BUT since you asked both my boys attend NOLA public schools

Yea, it’s F U. I don’t need your “prayers”. I’m good, my family is good.

Where does it say the person being suspended is a first time offender?

Parents are watching and taking things into their own hands in other places.

Los Angeles schools are a jungle of illegals, anchor babies and gang members anyways, let them rot for all I care.

I was about to say the same thing not even looking. I bet the stats from school discipline mirror that of FBI crime stats. But I’m sure it’s just coincidental.....

I was trying to keep this debate reasonable.

However looking at your decisions objectively, I think you might be guilty of child abuse.

Louisiana has the second worst public school system in the country. And even by those low standards Orleans Parish schools have a failing grade.

Given that apparently you have the means to provide your children with a better level of education, why would a caring parent condemn their children to a system that is a failure in a state of educational failure.

The only possible answer is that you are an employee of that system. If so, you still have my prayers.

How many parents are going to go private school route? Are schools counting on this migration?

We enrolled my niece in Catholic school out here (L.A.). She went a couple of weeks to public kindergarten last year and had a very difficult time. The school was a chaotic clusterfrick every day. (I had drop off duty in the mornings.) So we took her out, put her back in T-K at her old school and this year she'll go to kinder at Catholic school.

No way we want her in public school out here. Elementary schools do not need a Social Justice Committee. We decided that we didn't want to deal with the BS that comes with public schools.

So, we will sacrifice and struggle and do what we need to do to pay her tuition. And hopefully get the hell out of here after all this COVID crap is done.

Well if you were trying to keep it reasonable, then you wouldn’t have accused me of hypocrisy because if a choice of schooling I made when I was 14.

Then when I killed your argument, you say I’m “abusing” my kids because of my decision to have them in public school. All, without knowing WHICH schools they are in. Because while NOLA public schools do have a bad rep, not all are failing.

Also, while having them in public school I’m also saving a good amount for college for two kids.

So in conclusion it’s still FU buddy. I don’t need “prayers” from fake arse people like yourself.
