You guys still aren't getting it. It doesn't matter how Kyle handles it. It's the narrative and picture the DAs will paint to the jury. They will twist everything he says, everything he does, to make him look bad in the eyes of the jury.
Our opinion of Kyle doesn't matter. Only the jury's.
Exactly.
Standing up to three nutjobs with a gun is not the same as being crossexamined by a prosecutor trying to punch holes in his story.

It will be a mistrial, then.

We get it. If at this point, with all the evidence, if the jury thinks Kyle is guilty, him testifying or not wouldn’t matter.

Obviously I am 100% on Kyle's side, but his crying doesn't really help.

the left will want him to hang regardless of this trial or his innocence. This trial means nothing to them.

Everyone involved with making this go to trial has a place in hell waiting for them.

Rittenhouse: Ziminsky told Rosenbaum to get (Rittenhouse) and kill him

The only reason to not put an innocent defendant on the stand is if the prosecution has other crimes evidence.

How do you know it wouldn't matter? There could be multiple members of the jury leaning toward acquitting him that could be swayed back to conviction.
His testimony today does nothing to add to the defense's case. Him under cross will add a TON to the DA's case in terms of their narrative of Kyle's character.
