Would he be able to return home to his state once bail is issued? Or does he have to stay in Wisconsin.
Conditional release terms normally restrict interstate travel, but it is likely a point of negotiation in this case.

Correct, but the message being sent is that you'll sit in County for a year and go bankrupt from legal fees if you dare defy the left's mob.

No, Wutzhisnutz is representing him pro bono.

Does he get a bail amount set now?

He’s got the best attorney in the business. He’ll be ok.

Wasn’t much of a life to begin with but we get your point.

That's beside the point. Everyone in the country won't be able to obtain pro bono representation.

Probably gps ankle monitoring, wherever he ends up. That would be a good business to invest in these days. Judges feel much more comfortable with that and are more likely to significantly reduce a bond to allow a person out. But it isn't the cheapest thing in the world....typically around $300 per month.

Yep. That condition is a near-certainty.

The President may not be able to pardon someone charged with a state crime, but he can withhold federal money to areas with over zealous DA’s. Let’s see who flinches first.

I thought they had to extradite him before bail could be set.

Wait, wasn't it you who said that?

no. He cannot seek a REVISION of the bail until he formally appears in Wisconsin.

Again, I suspect that his attorneys have been INFORMALLY negotiating reduced bail for quite a while.

Not really. Extradition is normally fairly routine.

Maybe Ron Johnson could run for Wisconsin Governor with Trumps backing in 2022 and pardon him.

I know America is eventually lose because local Patriots haven’t broken him out of prison her. Our forefathers would have ripped the front of the jail off and dared someone to stop them.
