I mean they could probably ask, but it would be a little antagonistic and irrelevant. (unless you allege conspiracy witness tampering or something I suppose)

'why did you flee court on Monday?'
'you subpoenaed my testimony scheduled for a couple days later, and i felt like going home, whats the problem?'

characterizing him as fleeing testimony or something makes little sense, just ask him whatever you want to ask him about GG's perjury at the time you arranged for him to do so. the defense already dominated this case.

Makes perfect sense.

Progressives don't believe that you have any right to defend yourself if you're not a progressive.

Yeah I guess they could - I just don’t see the point - he could just say “I went to go eat lunch”.

That is a who's who of blue check NPCs.

Funny how you could show that to a soi and they would not even understand what is going on.

How does 1984 end? It's been awhile since I read it.

No blue checks. That “Morgan Freeman” is a white dude.

Vet your memes, gramps.

Eta I stand corrected. Apparently Morgan J Freeman is famous too? What a weird world.

He sounds like someone who had a hearing impairment at one time.

Except those dudes shot that guy in cold blood…

Edit: I just rewatched the video. I was mistaken. I feel that the defense certainly has a case but it isn’t as clear-cut as Rittenhouse IMO.

When you take the four part self defense test, those dudes fail on the topic of innocence. Chasing someone in your truck with guns out makes you the aggressor - especially since Arbury didn’t provoke them. Yeah, he may be a dirtbag, but that doesn’t matter in the five minutes the event happened. I’d like to hear the legal arguments but Rittenhouse is dominating the coverage.

the main problem in the arbery defendents trial is they didn't take the 30 seconds to go over to the neighbor who saw arbery in the house and ask what was going on before chasing. If they had done that they would at least have a chance at claiming citizens arrest for suspected burglary, and then self defense. But even though they had seen him in houses in video, and they had directly witnessed him entering a house 12 days earlier after confronting him, they didn't technically know why they were chasing him that day other than he was running. They are pretty much boned

pretty much this, but you honestly cannot think 511 will give any type of intellectual point, he went full retard in defense of the tater tot vigilante squad.

the mctard family actively chose to be unprovoked aggressors, much more like GG or the other rioters killed relating to the Rittenhouse trial. Mctard family and the rioters egregiously attacked someone over some erroneously perceived wrong doing, there was just different outcomes for the victims and assailants.

while what you say isnt wrong, it still would not absolve them of their behavior. although it might save them from felony murdur they would still be boned for manslaughter or another violent felony. even a perfectly legal citizens arrest attempt does not offer carte blanche to apprehend a criminal. any reasonable person sees their actions were extra-ordinarily excessive, regardless if the initiating event justified some intervention, boundaries were crossed.

youre a sad soy filled retard.

travis called 911 before arbery was shot.

"Travis also said the man was caught on surveillance cameras several times, as the Glynn County neighborhood had several break-ins that week in February."

the man travis is talking about is arbery.

they believed arbery was a burglar.

2010 Georgia Code
TITLE 17 - CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
CHAPTER 4 - ARREST OF PERSONS
ARTICLE 4 - ARREST BY PRIVATE PERSONS
§ 17-4-60 - Grounds for arrest

O.C.G.A. 17-4-60 (2010)
17-4-60. Grounds for arrest

"A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion."

read the law. read it several times. have somebody read it to you. they had every right to try and stop arbery.

There should be riots if they convict Kyle not the other way around.
