I have no idea where you would draw that conclusion from by the way. I’ve been on this dude’s side from day one. This is a slam dunk case which should have been a mistrial a week ago. What I worry about is will the jury cave.

I would play over and over and over the part where Grosskreutz answers the question that Kyle didnt fire until he pointed the gun at his head. Why not just put it on repeat for the last few minutes.

The state and/or FBI know exactly who everyone involved is. They just dont want to bring them forward because they know it will prove Kyle's self defense even more.

Being that the video was introduced into evidence I would think the jury can play it a normal speed while they deliberate correct?

They have to ask to view it as I recall. They don't get all the evidence in the room with them. Video evidence has to be played in the courtroom it was said.

The guy in white T-shirt who first attacked Kyle. Attempted to attack him a second time. Was that individual identified or charged?

Several good shots of drop kick guy as well.

People should know them.

This is the infuriating part. No charges for anyone else.

What an idiot.

Kyle never sighted his weapon. Never brandished it. He fired on instinct and that probably saved his life.

This trial is absurd. Dude didn’t even have a cc permit and then advanced and drew on Kyle with a loaded Glock and is now the prosecutions star witness

What in the frick

That is what I was thinking. They should ask the judge to allow them to see it that way.

Question for any criminal lawyers here - Isnt the defense allowed to subpoena any witness they need? The Ziminskis'? My attorney doesnt handle criminal but we do subpoena people all the time for trial.

Richards missed a lot of opportunities to hammer self-defense points

Yeah that last stretch of him running down Sheridan paints the critical picture. The defense is a self defense picture, the prosecution is an aggressor who wanted to kill.

To me that last bit of video is critical. It's the case. He's running towards police with an angry crowd chasing him. He doesn't point his gun at anyone else, he's running full speed away from them. He's hit in the head twice and immediately after falls to the ground. Someone attempts to jump kick his skull, he fires. Someone hits him in the head with a skateboard, he fires. Another person approaches him, Kyle points his rifle..the threat backs off with hands up and Kyle lowers his gun barrel. That guy moves back in with a gun pointed at him and he fires.

That fact that he lowers his weapon from Grosskreutz initially when he backs off shows his intent was not to kill. Really thought Richards missed a chance to hammer that point on him lowering the weapon. To me that's huge.

I am shocked at how calm Kyle was in all of that. That kid could have easily lost his cool and started spraying shots wildy.

yes. That 100% shows Kyle's thought process did not include just killing all the commies.

Seriously, no one can honestly say he had bad intentions if they see that interaction.

This is going to be a hung jury. There is at least one liberal in that jury that will forever live in their own fantasy land.

He said honestly.

Those people on twitter aren't being honest. Well maybe a better way to put it is their mind isn't existing in reality. It's been molded and manipulated by the MSM. You can tell them the sky is blue and they'd say frick you.
