Who are you?
Someone who knows that none of my law professors would have called this a "darn good closing." He has some zingers and good lines, but his delivery is not great, he's hoping around, and he just took a big gamble talking about burning down property.

Richards is right. I wouldnt have stuck around either after shooting Rosenbaum. If he wouldve stayed that mob would have killed KR

Law student. That is why no one is taking you seriously.

It isn't very smooth, but the facts are there.

Oh boy, you’ve never sat and hear law profs talk together have you?

He is giving a good systematic close that is sowing doubt about that state’s case. In other words, he’s tying the bow

Richards is good at laying out the facts, but I think Chirafisi is a better salesman.

I'm not going to be too harsh because we have all been there, and granted my degree is in accounting, but I didn't know my arse from a home in the ground when I graduated.

Very few of of my professors would know much about a closing. The practitioners that volunteered for trial and appellate advocacy knew 10x more.

Called Binger a whiny defense lawyer

Why did you leave out the "would have" past tense? I promise I have litigated enough trials and delivered enough closing statements to know a good one from a bad one.

The good thing is there should be no chance to rebut his closing.

Does the jury deliberate right after closing arguments? Or is that happening tomorrow?

Mine did. I teach it. I mean it’s not a whole class but it is taught.

The practitioners
Quite a few of us practiced before teaching.

Agree, Richards is hitting the points but would prefer more fire or charisma. But in the end it is self defense and it is a no brainer. It is all political

Binger gets to try.

Now it's bad? Way to double down supposed counselor.

It'll be tomorrow.
