This whole affair just seems off to me. Bizarre for several reasons BUT, that knee to the neck video, for damn near 9 minutes makes no sense. He must have known he was being filmed and he looked blank, emotionless. Hell, you would think he would at least get a leg cramp, or something.

Improper technique or not, with a lethal combination of drugs in his system, there’s reasonable doubt that the knee didn’t kill him.
Your point about him not being able to breathe before being subdued is all the proof that should be needed, because it establishes reasonable doubt.
