Both topics share one thing in common - military activities of the USA killing individuals who are not in enemy uniform and are not engaged in direct violent military attacks against US military personnel or US civilians.
The USA incinerated the German babies and it was good. Same thing applies here with the Narco - Footsoldiers manning the narco-boats. Same principles of the Law of War apply. If it was legal to incinerate the German infants, it must be even MORE legal to incinerate the adult drug-runners.
