If that describes it "perfectly", show me where in the initial post to which I replied Kamala was referenced directly.

This is just like abortion. There is a reason it never became federal legislative policy when DEMs had all three branches.
You could project the same fear porn (and this actually happened for decades). Could they? Yes. Would they have paid a severe pollical price? Yes. So they didn't.
Same here.
That's why the most you get is some non-binding memorandum. Not even a regulatory rule proposal
Dodge.
Yes
Or
No?

No, for reasons stated above.

If Trump could snap his fingers next year and institute a 12-15 week national abortion ban, would he?

That would be fantastic. Fighting for children to not be murdered should be of utmost importance to all of us.

I also responded directly to a post who brought up Trump

And political suicide, which is why it won't happen.
It's political suicide even though a huge portion of the country would be OK with it

This would be simple for me. I would find the judge that signed the order to remove my son and I would give him 24 hours to reverse the order! He would be given 1 24 hr period to save himself with an ink pen!
24 hours too long.

Now, if one thinks about this logically, a fetus is obviously Human (DNA test would say so)
They are obviously alive (if we found them on Mars even at 5 weeks, we would say there is life found on Mars)
So your main point is that people are so addicted to the freedom to actually murder human life (Again ignoring case of the life of the mother, Rape, incest etc...)
That they would ensure that they keep that legal at all cost.
Much like with Slavery, it was too politically popular to attempt to ban it.

New axiom, a sub-part of the last one.
Ackshually actually means "SFP is right again"
Thank you for creating a new meme

Proving people wrong is not the proper use of that meme.
I'd always perceived it as someone splitting extremely fine hairs, whether correct or incorrect, especially if such hair splitting is completely irrelevant to the topic at hand.
Example:
Me: "Man, I really hate vegetables. I can't even really stomach tomatoes."
You: "Ackchually, despite being classified as a vegetable by US customs, the tomato is the berry of Solanum lycopersicum. It contains seeds and is therefore considered a fruit."
Me: "Yeah, well peppers and eggplant also contain seeds. Are they fruit too?"
15 minutes later
Me: Ok, dude, whatever. You're derailing this conversation. I was just speaking of how I dislike vegitables.
