KBJ is a moron who can’t (won’t?) define what a woman is & thinks being arrested in a foreign country equates to being a citizen there simply via physical location.

Call names when you cannot defend that bitch.
You are a coward, won't actually defend her.
She is obviously stupid and unqualified.

That was a good write up. We really can’t afford to have any more justices like her, it’s such a fragile system
She isn’t just an activist, she isn’t intelligent and shows the intellectual consistency of a member of Congress who is in constant campaign mode.
Unfortunately, I think ACB has similar flaws - worried more about perception and feelings than the law itself.
The Supreme Court should be made up of people with elite impartiality above all else. The fact that we can even consider checking DEI boxes before this requisite may very well be the catalyst to losing the country.

But didnt think.
Let me break this down for you.

National High School Debate Champion
She won a national title in 1988 in New Orleans for a speech as part of their Speech and Debate team.
Her team won the overall title (they were a top team for decades) because they had the most points which included her speech.
Other members of that team participated in debate.
We know, she likes to give a speech.
She didnt beat anyone in a debate.

DEI was alive there for a long time, that with a Social Justice course load, not as impressive as you think.

Political appointment, the same ignore the law attitude we see from her college record and today.
