Do you understand how hard it was for Biden to pick the dumbest judge from the dumbest demographic on earth?

The odds are incalculable.

She is not a bright woman, but the video is dumb. If a lawyer writes "Defendant's argument, to the extent that counsel even understands it . . ." he is not saying he is incapable of understanding the other side's argument. He is saying it is an illogical or incomprehensible argument.

I keep hoping her Altima will get repo'd and she'll miss a few days.

Biden said multiple times during his presidential campaign and again after Breyer retired that he would nominate an African American woman to be the next USSC justice. Biden made it pretty clear that he would only be selecting based on a specific race and gender prior to nominating KBJ.

I don’t seem to recall GHWB narrowing the search to only black males when he nominated Thomas.
