Has nothing to do with lawyers. Picture and video evidence proves he was running for his life… literally. However, this is the new Marxist legal tactic. Put your Marxist DAs and AGs in place, threaten or buy your judges and they OWN that legal system. Just like St. Louis DA, just like what happened to Flynn. Victim is innocent, but the Marxist legal teams drag the case on and on, to financially destroy the conservative that dared stand against the “virus” spreading over this country. The Marxist don’t need to get rid of the constitution. They put in place their own lawyers and OWN the SCOTUS. Now they dictate legal climate of every municipality they own.

Yep. This is why I just shake my head at those that howled and screamed about those lawyers from St. Louis taking a plea for a misdemeanor versus going to trial on a felony.
With leftist courts the facts do not matter, only the political persuasion of the defendant. If that had gone to trial the likelihood of them being found guilty, after spending tens of thousands, was pretty high.
They took a misdemeanor and gave up a couple guns. Still bullshite, but much better than the likely alternative.

...plus he blew off a chunk of that dude's arm. Big old hole right in his bicep. As bad as that wound was, he's lucky he wasn't shot with an AK-47. IMO an AK-47 would have blown the whole arm off. Say what you want, the Ruskies make good stuff.
