This point is always good to reiterate.
They did not enumerate the rights that the people are GIVEN by the constitution. They limited the government from TAKING the rights that the people have.
The 2nd does not CREATE the right to weapons. It tells the Government that they can go frick themselves related to infringing upon those rights.

He’s right. It doesn’t technically say “own”. But it does say “keep” and doesn’t mention for how long you can “keep”.

I was wondering what it was so I looked it up. He has been a sports commentator. Woohoo, qualified to comment according to today's standards. My guess is he missed out on upbringing/spanking growing up and never got his arse kicked in HS or college.
