The fact it is ANY kind of victory for them and the fact many of them are celebrating shows you how absolutely sick these people are.

Last time I was in downtown SF two white guys in business suits were getting tickets for running red light on their bikes. On same sidewalk twenty feet away a homeless black guy with pants around ankles was grabbing himself and dog cussing every person that walked by. Cops finished with bikers and drove off leaving homeless man to finish his business. Not too terribly surprised with verdict. Place is backwards.

While Garcia Zarate can technically walk out of the courtroom, it's expected he will be taken into custody by Immigration officials and eventually deported back to his native Mexico.
