I wonder what his assignments of error are? It could be the jury charges or the initial jury selection.

If it's directly from him... i doubt he wants his family having any part of raising funds. We all saw what happened last time. He is about to become a daily frick toy for countless hardened prisoners and is desperate for any chance to not be a daily frick toy for countless hardened prisoners.

The father was still grifting on Facebook as of a few hours ago. Disgusting people.

Now they're salivating over the prospect of round 2. Mo money!

He seriously suggested that.
Not about Karmelo but about Comey.
I was saying even if Comey beat the charge, he wasn’t going to beat the legal fees.
Boosie was fast to point out his unmatched legal acumen by saying Comey’s legal team may choose to bill pro bono or on a contingency.
SFP even jumped in to remind him that was unpossible.

Has to be filed within 30 days.
They have yet to draft the appeal.

quote:He has no clue what he's about to endure. They placed him isolation away from the general population at the county jail after his sentencing last night. He may have gotten a wink of sleep because he didn't have to worry too much about a big Kunta Kinte coming to break him into culcha of prison night life. Once he's transported to a prison, he'll get the full experience.

Not followed the actual family much. Was that dad always part of his kids' lives? Or was it a Michael Brown situation where the deadbeat dad mysteriously popped up out of the blue once money was gonna be involved and acted like he was the most dedicated dad ever?

He is a real lawyer not a keyboard attorney. I’m not qualified to call him non compos mentis.

Gonna be hell for him. Some people are mad that he wasn't executed. But, he'll be living a life worse than hell. Like I said in another thread, he's young and delicate looking. From everything I've read and heard, you don't want to look young and delicate in a men's prison.
Personally, I'm against the rape culture in prisons. I think it's bullshite that if someone gets imprisoned for a low level crime, they run the risk of being brutally raped. It is what it is though. It can't be changed. Best advice is to never do anything that can land you in prison.

For the sake of society in 35 years when that murderer is scheduled to get out, I hope he hangs himself in his cell or one of the D-block boys shanks him.

You really think his fanclub will let a little thing like him being a felon stop them from supporting him?
They see that as a plus.
