The book mentioned in the podcast from a historian has more core sources and footnotes...then the storied theme of the book.
I agree. It isnt just England-- but they sit on their asses with their flag ship Navy, So Charles and royal men can wear medals. While we do all the work.

How banks and governments and religions use those faces, manipulate those figureheads, is another story. Especially where financial institutions' influences and/or coercion through blackmail or bribes or promises of power are concerned.
Everything, in our day to day lives, has been influenced by political ideology, financial ideology, or religious ideology. Everything. And everything has a face ... except the one thing that matters the most. What/which human beings are at the very top ... pulling the puppet strings.

The “faces” we elect are just there as a fire break for the people calling the shots and to give us the illusion of choice and autonomy. Actors hired as middle management for PR and convenience purposes.
I’d use the example of the Bill Clinton - GHWB presidential election. You had the Republican who was a skull and crossbones CIA director and Bill Clinton who was a total globalist and proxy for the Bilderburg type interests.
There was no real differentiation in terms of what was going to happen politically just different jerseys.

I cannot, off the top of my head, cite another family fortune larger than the Rothschilds.
Matter of fact, if I am not mistaken, combined, The Rothschilds are bigger than Musk or Gates or Bezos or Zuckerberg or The Vanderbilts or The Rockefellers or the Walton family for that matter.
And that's saying something about the Rothschilds because great fortunes typical disappear over the course of five or six generations ... ala The Kennedys. The fortunes are dissipated and then dry up.
But not The Rothschilds.

Debatable. Germany was feeling huge labor and shortage problems internally in late 1916 after the Battle of the Jutland effectively places German shipping inside of the Baltic. They couldn't get oil, they couldn't get agricultural imports from S. America or their colonies in Africa. They were being choked.
If anything US involvement speeds up the inevitable. We like to think our involvement was great, the truth is we maybe did about 5 months of fighting and incurred some significant losses. Ludendorff sending Lenin to Russia probably hurt them more because by the summer of 1918, the communists were causing real problems in Germany with wholesale strikes and food riots. Mutinies by German sailors.

MLK was the face of an initiative that was being pushed not to help blacks (although it did and I’m glad they have equal rights today), but to destabilize the American system.
The decision makers have the power because they control the money.
They use their money and power to leverage their agenda into reality and put a layer of two of celebrity/political figures between them and the implementation so they don’t take the blame or the blowback.

The US had to suffer huge losses early on in their involvement in WW1 because the British and French had been bled white. The Germans transferred the bulk of their Eastern armies to the Western Front in a last ditch effort to take Paris so the Americans were thrust into very heavy fighting
