Just the fact there was 40-50% of the election centers having trouble with their election equipment on Election Day should have immediately required a new election.

Don't agree here. Unless there's something we don't know yet, the tabulator issue is overhyped. Reading through the OP's posts, I think the better issues are chain of custody and signature verification.
