I haven't been feeling very well myself and am in a very emotional state
I have been crying nonstop since this prognosis. He has been a very good friend to me and everyone that I know that has ever been a part of his life has nothing but positive experiences with Ben. He's been an angel on earth for so many.

Please allow me to leave these comforting words for Ben his family and friends:

I can think of three assholes that would do it instantly. 10-4, FBL, and some DFW prick without naming them.

Forgot the 10 on my 4. Not using his roman numerals.

I'm going to go with people who have lost loved ones to cancer and the downvoters are acting out in frustration.
I lost my Dad to prostate cancer 4 years ago and I might make that mistake not knowing.

Help the big man up there finish the mission! I know you’re already on it and have been! I know you are not feeling pain anymore and am glad for that!

I will miss Ben very much. I felt a strong bond with him, as I do with many of you- a shared humanity- a philosophical affinity about life and important matters. One thing I can promise you with absolute certainty, I could never be as strong and optimistic as he was. I’d fold in self pity in about ten minutes. But not Ben. He was giving as hard as he got to the very end- staying engaged- giving his POV unapologetically on various boards. Thinking of others who were troubled that he was suffering - reassuring us that he was okay.

RIP, My friend. Thanks for everything. I am grateful our paths converged and I will miss you.
