he's kind of an arse hole for not baking the cake but he should have the right to be an arse hole.

Or, simply pack heat at work, and the next time a couple of these deviants come in, solve the problem. Because clearly they were there to attack me given the publicity surrounding the previous case and well, dead trannies tell no tales.

this one is pretty simple
1. set up your bakery as a corporation or LLC
2. put up a framed poster on the wall that explains that the company has a no discrimination policy for LBGQT (insert favorite group) whatever.
3. in your company employee policy make it explicit that the company will accommodate the religious practice of its employees' religion as required by federal law.
Then, when LBGQT persons come in and demand said cake point out that the company would LOVE to make them one, BUT it has to check to see if any of its employees can actually work on it because their religion must be accommodated.
If no employee (including the employee/owner) can do the job because of religious accommodation, then the customer must find another provider. This way the bakery isn't refusing because of discrimination, it just can't do the job because it MUST follow the employment laws.
