Just read that "General" Landry is suing Andrea Gallo over a records request

What is up with this guy? He is wasting taxpayer money by clogging the courts with frivolous lawsuits against reporters (we all know you can't sue a reporter for filing a records request).
I get it: the dude is trying to cover for his podnuh. He already punished him with a $20,000 pay cut over whatever the heck happened (which nobody really knows because they're blocking the records request).
Reminder: Everyone involved in this circus is paid with our money that we pay in taxes. Except for the Advocate reporter.
I'm just tired of this nut. He really gives us conservatives a bad name. Opportunist in every sense of the word.

And that misunderstanding of what happened is how the Advocate convinces you to be on their side. He didn’t sue Gallo in the sense that the every day person thinks of when discussing a lawsuit. He filed a declaratory action seeking a ruling from a court on whether certain records are confidential or not. Gallo isn’t facing any liability, and the Advicate has plenty of money to pay a lawyer if they want to prove a point.
