As far as I know, nobody has been convicted of anything emanating from the dossier.
The 19 number sounds like the Russians who were involved in computer hacks - nothing to do with the fairy tale dossier. and none of them have been 'convicted' of anything - unless they had a trialenabstentia.

The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative outlet, paid Fusion GPS for oppo research during the primaries. After Trump wins nomination, they drop them as a client.
DNC then hires them for oppo research. Fusion hires Christopher Steele AFTER free beacon terminates Fusion. Steele then compiles the dossier for the DNC
Liberal logic - republicans paid for the dossier. It’s like if you hired a lawyer to defend you for a traffic violation, and after your trial that same lawyer was hired by a child murderer and you being accused of paying for the defense of a child murderer

McCain types (and I would bet Paul Ryan) may have been in on it initially, no doubt. But HRC/DNC paid for the framing of Page and Papa et al... and to legitimize the whole thing and dossier, getting it in the media via Baker's friend- getting five eyes and Steele involved. Warner and Schiff met with the shady characters.
