He normally sends an auto reply immediately but takes a while to write a long letter. I have gotten both snail mail and a long email from him.

I just contacted both Senators Cornyn and Cruz expressing my disgust and full intent to sit out Cruz's election if this is not nipped in the bud.

You really want BETO? Cruz has nothing to do with this circus. This is on Grassley and DiFi. DiFi should be removed form the committee for her actions.

I kept mine short and nice . I thanked them for their service etc. In Flake's I said that John McCain would have supported Kavanaugh. I believe he would have too. Despite his BS tendencies, McCain supported conservative judges.
Every right leaning person on this board should email or call at least 3 Senators today: your own 2, and either Grassley, MConnel, Collins, Flake and Murkowsky.
To go full out MAGA, get two people that you know to do the same and ask them to get two other people to do the same.

I heard from relatives in Mississippi that their Senator Wicker is on the fence - Mississippi folks need to wear him out on this. Flood the office with calls and emails.

It's not about whether or not they actually read the emails and respond , it's about the number of emails and calls they get on a particular issue that can sway them. It's the numbers. I have a good friend that was on a Senate staff in the 90's and he said that one staffer is required to monitor calls and kick it up if the calls on an issue get unusually high.
I plan on doing whatever I can on this. I'm not going to sit back and watch it happen. If it does no good, so be it, but at least I can say I did what I could.
