But the person you are responding to believes in evolution of a constant species to their environment over time, but not that species evolve from other species. Instead they believe that ancient civilizations of people had instructions for flying machines and with atomic bombs wiped themselves out so now mankind reset and doesn't have advanced technology.

That's cool but maybe you will believe they exist if someday you are lucky enough to see one from so close that you can't deny that they exist.

I have read up on that theory - I know most people think it's nuts, but I'm with you on this

I am skeptical of interstellar travel to visit us here on Earth.

I don't expect you to believe what I say just because I am saying it. I want to prove to you that the Moon was deliberately and extremely carefully engineered to do a host of jobs for the Earth.
