This will end one of two ways:
1) he murders the ex-wife and goes to jail, leaving the kid in the system where he has a rough but manageable childhood and life despite the fact that his dad is in jail for killing his mom.
2) he doesn’t do anything until, in 8 - 10 years, the poor kid commits suicide after his mom fricked him up so bad. The father, now racked with the mixture of rage, grief and guilt, watches as she takes her last breath with his hands around her throat and then with nothing else to live for, eats a bullet.
Shame, but this could all be easily avoided by using common sense and not allowing parents to abuse their children.
