Just a completely objective viewpoint here, without physical and/or forensic evidence most juries are going to be reluctant to conclude a guilty verdict for those most severe charges that they know will likely result in a life sentence. That's a common scenario.

Another article said that the two charges they are deadlocked on are dependent on being found guilty on one of the other three he is charged with. So, sounds like he is going down on at least one, probably three.
Plus, jury may throw the other two in after further deliberation on what a POS he is.

That why unanimous juries can be a burden to the judicial system. All it takes is one juror and the perp gets to walk free, or they will get to try the case again and again until you get 12 jurors to agree.

I'd never heard of forcible oral rape until this case. So this woman claims that little fat deformed Harvey threw her down on the bed, knelt down in front of her, and started in on her tulip.
