I will not ever, in my life, vote for a woman.
The only mayor I know of to amass reserve to run local government for 6 months, while replacing many of the city streets and the city water distribution system for the half built before 1960 was a female. Oh and done by cutting waste
Name one man who did this?

Jamie is a black good ole boy who farms in Waterproof (Tensas parish). He is by all accounts a good dude. But he's a democrat, and will vote as such. Julia is a nice person, but lame and shouldn't be in politics. But she is a Republican and will toe the line and vote as such. The choice, or no choice, is up to you.

While I understand what you are saying, it would be nice to have a choice besides vote for me at least I’m not democrat

Hadn’t kept up with it much but just scrolling through her FB she seems to be pretty well into a campaign to visit all 64 parishes. For whatever critiques people can make of her this one doesn’t stand up to scrutiny.
Meanwhile I learned last week that Davis “budgeted diesel at $3.25 per gallon when he drew up his expected farm costs this year. But it’s now more than $5 per gallon.” as he spoke before a “fired-up crowd at a church with a Black congregation in Gretna.” I also learned in this article that he couldn’t even win re-election to the Tensas police jury. So between the guy not being able to budget properly for his business, focusing on voters that were already voting for him, and his terrible electoral record I don’t think any political winds will help him sail into office.

There are too many dipshits in Louisiana and Texas that do what they always do. My guy did not win so they slide to the D or stay home. It is the reason why we lose seats.
True. Louisiana "Republicans" are famous for being a "Republican for (insert Democrat Candidate's Name)" simply because their guy or gal didn't get the nomination. I'm still nauseated over "Republicans for Edwards" because these people didn't like David Vitter or Eddie Rispone.
