it is strange, because if you read the TDS article it is saying he is allowing them to say that the Saturday night massacre was the same as the Flynn case.

It sounds to me like this judge is torn between two things...
A) What he damn well knows is "right" and constitutional, and
B) Knowing that he will "commit suicide" via two shotgun blasts to the back of his head if he rules "the wrong way".
