Honestly, I’d be more shocked if there wasn’t video. The first things kids do these days is pull out their phones and start filming at the first hint of an altercation. My money is on there being lots of video from many different angles

The fact he immediately said can I get self defense shows the kid had been thinking about what he would say if he did kill someone one day and it shows he doesn’t understand the severity of his actions.
Plus if there is video of it, and it was done in public, this kid should spend decades at the very least in prison. Easy case. Let’s see what actually happens.

The video later released, over the objections of the TDS Jan. 6 Committee and Nancy Pelosi etc., literally showed "insurrectionists" being walked around the capitol by capitol police, within the roped off barriers etc. Quite literally there were people arrested and imprisoned indefinitely, accused of "violent insurrection," who merely entered the Capitol (a public tax payer funded building) and walked around it, touring it with assistance from capitol police. Your TDS is insane.
