HMMMM, so we have ten thousand or more middle age Chinese men in our country illegally and an obama judge declares they can all be legally weaponized. I'm not much into conspiracies, but what are the odds they are all going to weaponized really soon? Obama and Hillary are high-fiving as we speak.

That was a ruling based in standing of the petitioners, not an analysis of the law. The judge did not analyze the law at all. That law will be attacked in the proper procedural manner and win at some point.
