Why hasn't Bill sued her for slander?

At the same time, with her having a denial under oath, I think the veracity of her claims are far more questionable than many others claims. The fact that she is the one taking a very public approach to it, often times directing it to Cheslea, rather than Bill or Hillary, makes her motives less than clear.
I'm not comfortable with the inherent distrust, given the circumstances, but it would he impossible to disregard it in her situation.
