I have no respect for him and I won't pretend to just because he's dying. frick John McCain his death can't come fast enough, there are several other people who I would apply this to as well. If death is the only way we can rid ourselves of their malicious odor, then they need to die.

I’m sure this board is a direct reflection of the DU, this should be called the RU. Reading the comments you can easily see how America is messed up.

McCain wasn't always the complete piece of shite that he is today. His bitterness at evangelicals backing Bush in 2000 and then staying home in 2008 drove him insane. The man is literally dying of hatred.

Sucks that he has brain cancer (grandfather had it) but he has made it all about himself these last two years. If he had any honor he would’ve resigned after his diagnosis. The fact he didn’t step aside told me all I needed to know about him.

You seem like a quality person.
I liked McCain's image, but felt like he didn't really live up to being a "maverick." I had a friend die fo this cancer and it was a horrific way to go. And he served his country for a long time, and I respect his service.

My friend was fairly active in AZ politics and supposedly McCain was a bear to deal with, had bad temper, wasn't respectful often. I have seen other reports and stuff that mention it too. Not a big deal, really.
I think it was low of him to campaign so hard on repealing Obamacare and then changing his tune.
