A “differing interpretation” doesn’t excuse altering intel, lying to a FISA court, or concealing findings that contradicted the chosen narrative or their framing…That’s not opinion, that’s misconduct. You can spin it as defense, but the newly released documents show intent to deceive, not just interpret.
Let’s not pretend felony level deception is just spicy analysis. This ain’t brain microwaves.

I'd also call you a shitty lawyer, but that would be redundant.
I'm not a lawyer, but I know that these scumbags are in jeopardy based on their actions. Funny how you took those bogus charges against Trump seriously, but here you are trying to minimize some of the most heinous acts that our corrupt government has ever committed.
Why can't you just admit that you hate Trump and you've also always ran interference for Obama and his minions? (SPOILER ALERT: After all these years it's not like you're fooling anybody).

Theft of taxpayers money.

The IG’s job is to bury wrongdoing to protect the state.

The silver lining is that even if we stipulate to your reasoning, the DOJ can make their life hell for a while. Just for funsies.

And all that was supposition. They go on to explain that underlying evidence supporting differently and underlings were not supportive of Clapper, Brennan or eventually Obama’s releases of bs. They ( and probably Durham) also disregarded a the evidence learned about Putin’s file of Hillary which would have put Hillary winning the presidency in a very precarious situation. Knowing how the left was feeling about the reset of Russia and Hillary & Bill financial gains through Hillary’s term under Obama I believe you have to be a idiot, a complete ideologue or a PT lawyer to be that naive, possibly all 3.

It's not my spin. That is what they will use, and it will be effective.
You can try to frame it however you want, but they get the leeway to do the same within their subjective opinions. It's the ultimate trump card in this scenario.

But it doesn't. You can frame it (like you did) to try to manufacture the intent, but they can always fall back to the defense I just posted (which they will use).

That's a bit of a stretch, but you are you so that's not a shock.
You think I'm an Obama supporter

I'm not minimizing it. I'm explaining how they will get away with it and these revelations aren't as major as the echo chamber is amplifying them to be.

Why can't you just admit that you hate Trump a
Because that would be a lie and I'm not a liar (like some people *cough cough*)

LIke I said...like SOME people

No fricking shite. That's the over-arching point.
It's ALL supposition.
That's how they will get away with it.

Maybe, but I don’t see a way out for Brennan. At minimum he perjured himself.
Posted on 7/24/25 at 11:54 am to Vacherie Saint
To be clear, I have said that some malfeasance-type charges or perjury-related charges may come up (assuming the SOL hasn't run). I'm only discussing prosecutions based on the actions revealed in the memo, specifically as "treason" or "sedition" or the common catchphrases.
When did he possibly commit perjury? The SOL on that is 5 years

It’s not vengeance (alone).
It’s also politics. And politics is played to win. This is a way to win. You can disagree. You’ll just be wrong.

My morality and internal values doesn't permit me to debase myself like that.
Like I said, you need to read your Bible. It's for your own good; not mine.

Now that we're in an obvious disclosure/exposure operation for the average American, we need this part to "drag on" as to get as many folks as possible to wrap their minds around what's coming down the pike. (And what's going up on pikes at the city gates).
Posted on 7/24/25 at 11:58 am to Major Dutch Schaefer
I think most MAGA/America First types knew Durham was going to be a huge disappointment when he went past the 6-9 month time frame and was still dragging shite out.....it was all a plan to out last Trump's presidency.

The only people who care about this story, cared about it a week ago.

The problem is Durham understood what the first paragraph here meant:

There are still classified silos of evidence from Durham's investigation that have yet to be declassified/revealed.
