You are a wet blanket dick and you know it.
Clapper surely sat and lied under oath along with Brennan, behind closed doors or in public testimony-- He lied like a rug sitting next to John Brennan. Clapper has logically been very quiet and has not screamed at reporters questions like psycho Brennan.
Documents were found that they never thought would be found. He would be wise to sing for immunity.
So either he has given testimony in some form of questioning and has gotten immunity. Or he is just a quiet guy and not a stupid blowhard to go on MSNBC and taunt.
It is a fair assessment to wonder why he has been radio silent for a while.

Clapper likely has quasi-immunity for almost everything outside of perjury

Prison would be far too lenient for the damage this man has caused this country.

Here is you keep avoiding, they have to goods on them coordinating. This is RICO on steiroids. What the public has seen not seen so far (you and I included) is where this case goes nuclear. You and I can argue over the simplicities so far and go nowhere. The evidence that will be used on these traitors is beyond comprehension. That is why it is taking so long.

Clapper was asked under oath in open and or closed session about the dossier, crossfire hurricane, Flynn.
Wouldn't RICO charges roll them all in? Ed Martin isn't a stupid lawyer.
quote:They never thought arctic freeze would come out which is the evidence that could usurp any SOL's they think they have as it becomes conspiracy, insurrection, seditious treason.
On December 22, 2016, Mike Rogers expressed his concerns to Clapper, Brennan, Comey about having to sign off on the ICA.
CLAPPER: Understand your concem. It is essential that we (CIA/NSA/FBI/ODNI) be on the same page, and are all
supportive of the report in the highest tradition of “that's OUR story, and we're stickin' to it."

If they have immunity or quasi-immunity, RICO doesn't change that.
All the stuff that's been presented publicly is easily spun as exercising executive functions under orders of the President. Like Presidential immunity, this is something that's always been assumed but there isn't a specific case establishing it....and just like the prosecution of Trump led to establishing Presidential immunity, a similar prosecution of Brennan, Clapper, etc. will likely lead to a finding of quasi-immunity along the same lines.
Now, perjury? Especially after being out of office? Not an executive function. Even if ordered by the President, that dog wouldn't hunt, as that's not part of a valid executive function (as it's clearly illegal).

How anyone can present this as an imperative based on what we’ve already seen is funny.

Like I stated in the previous post, they have much much more. We are looking at pregame analysis. You never show your opponent the actual game plan. Arguing over what the public has seen so far is just fans of both teams talking crap about the actual game.

Good luck with that argument chief.

He deserves every bit of it but I’m not getting my hopes up for a conviction in the DC area.

His liability for perjury, I believe, has expired from his 2017 testimony. My mistake. I thought he was in the same bucket with Brennan for the obvious perjury Brennan was referred for.
However, to your larger point, yes, I believe he is 100% being squeezed for other actions he has taken, outlined by DNI gabbard this summer, probably the least of his worries. Not Rico.

If it ever gets to a jury trial. He'll be found not guilty on all charges (whatever charges there may be) if trial is in DC. It's just how it is.
