Completely different operation in response to something different (J6)
If there is illegality involved in Arctic Frost, those parties could face prosecution theoretically (depending on the date of offense). That won't create liability for the CFH crew, though.

Nobody needs to do any work for you, loser. That's what the court is for.

would be funny if they filed motions to quash the subpoenas based on jurisdiction issues and that litigation took so long the admin ran out of time before the 2028 election, before any testimony was even given
Yea, traitorous pieces shite getting away with their crimes would just be hilarious
Idiot

Claimed conspiracy origin: 2016 counterintelligence operations targeting Trump.
• Continuing acts: FISA processes, Mueller investigation, and later DOJ actions.
• Recent overt act: 2022 Mar-a-Lago search, framed as continuation or cover-up.
• Legal result claimed: The statute of limitations on earlier misconduct is tolled because the conspiracy is ongoing.
• Jurisdictional claim: Florida is the venue due to the recent act (the search).

All of these people need to spend the rest of their lives in the worst prisons in the country

Some folks think it would be 'great' not so much 'funny'.
Some folks just don't want to say it out loud.

I just think James "I wish I was stronger" Comey is going to crack and start dropping dimes. I mean the DOJ could turn up the screws on his daughter and son-in-law, and hes gonna roll over like a log at a lumberjack competition. Once he lays out a single enterprise, it wont take much work to link Bragg, Merchan, Leticia, Fani, Hillary, Pelosi, Schiff, Brennan, Clapper, Weissman, etc (all DIMs) to an attempted coup

Edited; Very bad taste.

That's not what the court is for, FYI.
This will be the prosecution's burden, however.

Well that would be due to the Trump admin's incompetence, which would then allow the successor admin to....do what Trump did with the J6 crowd.
So yeah there would be some irony in that huge fail

What's the link?
Mueller was authorized by the Trump admin. Are you going to implicate Trump in this conspiracy?

Again, you've just stated an incident occurred and showed no connectivity.

Comey was fired in May of 2017. He went into the private sector after that.
What do you think he can give after that date?

Except he had been out of office YEARS prior to most of those people doing anything you could argue was part of a conspiracy.

An 8 page thread, and 60% of the posts are from you. So you ever get tired of hearing yourself speak? The rest of us surely do.

He knows this will be a hot topic so we wants to make it about him for attention. No one is looking for his opinion but he's going to keep trying to bait people with it anyway.

If he lays out the 2016 plot, thats starts the 10 year RICO window, correct? DOJ just links all the other stuff from there. Then others roll over

My post isn't responding to directly refute your comment, just to think about various strategies out loud, because you bringing up that 10-year peremptive period makes things somewhat interest in terms of timing b/c they don't have THAT long before those initial CFH acts become unusable.
CFH started July 31, 2016 or so, and effectively ended May17, 2017 (when Mueller took over as SC). That means if they can't get the entire RICO indictment for everyone done and filed by July 31, 2016, they start to lose predicate crimes.
But, in terms of strategy, I'd i imagine working present-to-past would be better, as that's going to be the much more difficult portion of the prosecution. If you work past-to-present, with acts that are already "dead" (on their own) by the SOL, that time it takes to get to a survivable conspiratorial act is a risk of losing predicate offenses along the way.

Racketeering Ultimately!!
[quote]As used in this chapter—
(1)“racketeering activity” means (A) any act or threat ....... section 1503 (relating to obstruction of justice), section 1510 (relating to obstruction of criminal investigations), section 1511 (relating to the obstruction of State or local law enforcement), section 1512 (relating to tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant), ..........
Quite sure prosecutors can find plenty of ham sandwiches within that description of civil and criminal activity.
Unfortunately, upon opening that door, government as we know it is done.
